Bambam we(Partridge) lived at No45. Thinking back when we moved in (approx 1963) it was overcrowded has there were 4 boys in the back bedroom in bunk beds and two girls in bunk beds in the little front box room and both parents in the main bed room.

- I don't do work as you know but would like a wheelbarrow and your help to sift that soil at the bottom end, and a chat about getting shut of the water that holds down there once and for all.

P.S. expect a video being uploaded by Fat Mick on General as he went up there today

Warr33--Mick off the other site on general come to have a look at your work in the Churchyard and made --This Video-- , but don't expect any pats on the back off Mick for the good work your doing, he's not a man to give compliments that easy but it's a very good video he as made, expect him popping up again to make a follow-up video sometime in the future
He'll not look on the Downall Green site but a thank you off you on the other site would be nice if he was to upload-it

Great job being done at the graveyard Dougie.I clean up my mam and dad’s grave when I get over.last time it was covered in weed and blackberry took all day.
These people are doing fantastic work. How could I make a donation.

Best thing to do is to tell them you live in NZ and would they please clean-up your family grave, then I could put a bunch of artificial flowers on for you instead of the beer I.O.Y. as I don't think we will ever meet. also ask for details to send a Donation She may see this and reply

But put it on the thread on message board under Voluntary Work with as much detail as possible for them to find the grave, Warr33 will get back to I'm sure it would also let them know ex-pats all over the world can see the work they are doing and appreciate it

Message for BRYNKIWI, just read your post re the family grave, if you want to privately message us on Facebook Friends of Seneley Green via messenger with details of the grave and an idea of whereabouts it is on the site we will have a look at it for you, otherwise message on here, whichever you prefer. The rain stopped play last week as was a storm but to be fair its the only day weve missed since beginning of May. I can get photos to you aswel.

Hi We could do with 2or3 old lengths of square drain pipe to stop all that water from running down to the other graves plus a bit of artificial turf to finish the right side off, grass or weeds will never grow there and at some stage the path maybe extended to the newer section at the top

whups---I don't know any of them but if that is my brother it would be between 1952/55 as he move to Haydock foundry by then, the photo was taken in Seneley Green, Garswood, North Ashton,
Like the Church was in Downall Green, North Ashton, it's now in Seneley Green, St-Helen, a big mistake made by fools

Remember to spread the word about this service as not everyone as a computer, it's the only way to get cash for the up-keep of the graveyard and they are doing such a good job so people with graves in there should support them
