So here comes my question Tonker........if I was born in Billinge Hospital and my birth certificate was registered in the sub-district of Orrell.....in the District of Ince in the county of Lancaster in 1949.......what would I call myself.....just for the record in the 1949 boundaries.....Thankyou for your time in advance........
