History of Wigan   (Help with ancient and recent history.)

My great great grandfather was in the ww1 Manchester Regiment, he was a Sargent, shortly after he was out of the Army he sadly got mentally not well and had PTSD and murdered a woman and injured another in Cleethorpes.
