A very good day to all.
A sunny cloudy bright day here in Blighty, 6C forecast brrrrr!!!!!!
Another lazy morning, I fell a sleep again LOL!!!!!!!!
This arvo a visit to the doctors to discuss my sleep. and get my blood test results,
then our usual trip to Sainsie's at Leyth.

I managed a crisp butty for lunch.
