A very good Momday to all.
A sunny bright day here in Blighty, 8C forecast, but set to get colder.
A lazy morning, I fell a sleep LOL!!!!!!!! while Susan had her hair cut by her mobile hairdresser.
This arvo a trip to Bent Garden Centre at Glazebury.

I managed a piece of toast with grilled cheese on for lunch , so quite pleased.
I am still underweight at 9st 8lb (61Kg).

Lizzie, we enjoy our fresh salmon salad on Saturday, it sort of defines our week.
I make an olive oil red wine vinegar plus chilli vinegrette which gives it a 'kick', delish.
