Well I didn’t get to the shops yesterday...my back went crackerdog ..just bending over for something and ping ...so spent the day in Zombie land on four hourly paracetamol....much better this morning ..still a bit of pain so will continue on the tables but space them out more...I tell you it was no fun languishing in bed for most of the day ...but a girl has to do what a girl has to do to be comfy right?? ....😃😃..anyway let’s get on with it...😊
