Just got my bill from N-power says I am £104 in credit but my monthly payement is going up by £19When I phoned up about this I was told the £104 credit would be being refunded back to my bank account not carried over to the next quarter.Also my new payement was based on the amount of gas I had used in the last quarter(a nice cold spell)and was now projected estimate of what they thought I would use over the next 12months divided by 12 to give a average payement per month.I asked why could they not base my payement on the gas/electric usage for the last 3 years and bill me on what I had used in the past not what I may use for the rest of the year,no reply to that because payement even on new tarriff would be less than their estimate.My money is better off in my bank account than theirs.RIPPING OFF comes to mind
