I have heard that the Gerard Centre is to be demolished. Argos are not renewing their lease and the Co-operative is closing too. There were Official looking people with clipboards eyeing up Boots Chemists as well.

I have heard that all the units on the Gerard Centre are to be vacated and the whole row being demolished. Of course it could be the rumour mill in overdrive. However where there is smoke there is sometimes fire.

Has anybody else heard anything?
