Went something along the lines of Doctor paying out feet and feet of ole-o-scope cable whiche worried the patient.

Eventually, Doc says:

"Nothing wrong with your bottomage, but I think you need a couple of fillings in your teeth replaced."

I prefer the magic moonbeam method.
