I saw the drama/documentary of them and Moore felt as though Cooke was bullying him with that particular sketch on a stage show. Went on for ages and Moore was suffering with leg trouble. Also mentioned one of the Derek & Clive 'sketches' where Cooke was really going to town with cancer references. I think Moore's mother had either recently contracted, or died of the disease.
