I received an E-mail yesterday asking me to send a form via jpeg or pdf Did not have the foggiest how to do this and had to go and ask my daughter in law to do it for me It is simple things like this plus how to send photos etc. Tried following instructions on WW but it went over my head with brackets and Url's. Need a basic course for idiots
