In this day and age more and more dash cams are being used in vehicles. How hard would it be to install dash cams has a standard fitting Cars are fitted with all kinds of detector sensors it cannot be that hard to fit cameras.
On about cars I have noticed a few with illegal number plates, Normal plates are white/yellow but I have seen a few with a black film over the plate is this to stop cameras reading these plates
