A terrific post which i totally concur with .
IF E t h is removed what happens if no improvement with a new manager say within a year or so .?
Do you then sack him and on and on and on ...........
I reiterate .
It would be so wrong to sack him at this moment .
The present situation is no different from back in the day so stick with him and support your team .
