It has only been in the times between Busby and Docherty, Docherty and Ferguson and since the latter retired that they have not been so good under a revolving door of less successful managers.

Perhaps they need to find a new iconic Scotsman like Busby, Docherty, Ferguson and even a Shankly like Liverpool!
