Rugby people are not made to feel unwelcome in the pub at all.There always been far more rugby memorabillia up in there than there has ever been Latics memorabillia in Sams bar.

The Springfield people are the friendliest in Wigan.They also speak with the true Wigan accent.

It's also a Wigan pub for all sports fans.
