The present owner of Wigan Athletic is from Bahrain whose record on human rights is hardly different to Saudi Arabia and other oil rich Arab counties.

During the time of the Iraq war, even offered asylum to fellow Sunni Saddam Hussein.

So why keep going on about the owners of City?
