I can fully understand your reluctance to address my question because you can't make any kind of argument for City winning anything that wouldn't have been by West Brom or Stoke City under the same circumstances thus showing beyond doubt all of it is meritless in regards to it being by City.
All that's been kept is the name and blue shirts!
