Dosco, yes, Bill passed away a couple of years ago.
The sad thing was, just before, I met Bill & his wife in the Market Hall.....And he didn't know me....Very upsetting. Salt o' the earth was Bill.

Here's a shot taken outside the "Original Wigan Pier Bar" in Torviscas Tenerife, the lad behind Bill & me,(from Carlisle) is also deceased..
