Art, If it's the same one and my memory serves me right he had ginger hair. I worked in the developments when I first qualified as a fitter and Jim was deputy on my shift. He used to give me (ocasionally) a chew of his baccy. It was a treat as he used to soak it in Rum for a few days before bringing it to work.
