I had spotted this but dismissed it as father was William and i'd found a '71 census with a William & Elizabeth and a Wm Hy but looking back i can see they're not the same family. so the one you've found is probably the correct one. It's the first time i've come across such an error, normally it's transcript errors due to the attrocious handwriting and spelling of surnames.
