Hi, thomas11 I lived just a few streets away in Lime St.from birth until I was 15 all the steets where pretty much the same terraced houses usually two up two down we lived just outside the irish community although we were raised as catholics and a lot of my friends went to stpats.I think if you try the HISTORY SHOP they will give all the info you require. as for pubs there was a great many just on Scholes itself good luck with your search.j
