People   (Re-unions, trace old friends and relatives.)

Hi have been doing family research my great grandparents were Patrick Brett and Elizabeth Mckeown they both lived in Cambridge St and died there. I remember some of the great Aunts Maggie Mckeown died in the 1960s,big Lizzie I saw a photo of her on Lanky11 blog.Uncle Pat Brett had a pub in Scholes I know nothing new there this was in the early 1960s.
Does anyone recall the area? What it was like to live there? What kind of life did they have? I know their names but want to put some meat on the bones.
My sister and I were brought up in Wigan, I still live here any photos insights stories would be so welcome.
