hi laura,my mother died a couple of years back,so cant confirm exact dates,she was 76 when she died, so from tales and reckoning it was around 1940ish, give or take a year or so.she was once sick and they put her in a room on her own, she used to pray with her rosery beads every night for her dad to come for her, sad isnt it. but like all tales it was an happy ending, she was loved by her 9 children, and often said we killed her with kindness in the nicest possibly way.
