Thomas Quick in my family tree was born on the 4th March 1920 in Litherland, Liverpool.

He was in the workhouse with his mother Letitia Quick - she died in 1921 when Thomas was 7mths old. His father left for Canada and did not come back.

So basically he was an orphan - I don't know at what age he left the workhouse probably about 14 yrs?

Can I ask who registered his death?

Do you know his birthday?

Did he sound like he had come from the Wigan area?
