I worked at DeHaans in the early 60s trimming the ox tongues,not bad when you got used to the smell.Then I went for my wages and my cards were waiting for me.Nothing was said before ,I had already told them I just had heart surgery,and they said they could not take the risk of my using a knife,but I was a good worker.I lasted about 2 months before that
