Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I did have a look at the other post but it refers to a different set of stocks.
I don’t want to upset Tonker any further by describing the junction but those stocks are still there at a place that was known as Windy Arbour.
I think it is where Winstanley Road starts and Ashton Road ends. Unless Tonker knows different???
