Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Morris dancing was banned in the 17th century by religious puritans because it was Pagan.
Nowadays, it's allowed but you can't do it with the traditional black face, because it's 'racist'.

So, if you can't morris dance with a black face, does that mean black people are banned from morris dancing? Because that IS racist !
