Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Seen lots of pics and news footage, been very difficult and trying times for a lot of people...I think there are still people without power and it's been snowing.. Poor souls..... Not that there is ever a good time for such as what happened, but just before Christmas seems to make it worse.....God Bless them all!!!
