Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I am sooooo fed up this week with this awful weather.
I can't remember when it affected me so bad.

Anybody else out there feel the same,or is it just me!!!!
Sorry i just felt like a moan today.i am not normally like this..
