Yeah all good thanks Jouell. I no its not good if another piece of land is lost. Nothing can be done from the green side due to it being common land because there can be no vehichle access over it. But its the otherside were there ther could be a problem just have to hope with it being in greenbelt that nothing can be done.
Anyway Happy Birthday for later in the month, nice to hear from you.
