Hi jouell, You're right it was Barbara, Kathleen and Wendy Hill who lived at the White House. The old British Legion was as you say a lovely building, I remember going to a good few wedding receptions there, also when I joined Trinity Girls band we used to have band practice in the front room upstairs......
