Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

That's why the Avenues were named the way they were, after the trees planted on them.. Lilac, Hawthorne, etc etc... It was a beautiful estate before vandalism started.. in the late 60s or so.......then it started to go downhill... Such a shame, some people didn't realize ( or care ) how good they had it and sent the place to rack and ruin and spoiled it for everybody...
