The Mill was corn mill driven by a water wheel, my mothers auntie owned it, They call the family Millers but the correct name was Crank, I think Jimmy Crank could be an ancester, If you look over the wall , some of the metalwork from the sluice gates is still there, A lady from Ashton, Joyce Riddick a distant relation researched this, She now lives down south,
Pig st, was in the school yard i think ,Dougie knows ,
