Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Back in the early 50s there was only one other building on the same side as the pen and small row of terraced house... Bert, Rimmers did live in that bungalow, but they weren't the first. I can't remember the name of the first family. bentlegs will remember,they had a daughter that I played with a lot and the mother did beautiful smocking , I remember that and I think she and my Mam were friends..

bentlegs or any of the older D Greeners, do any of you remember a pig pen on the land between the bungalow and Shaws pen?
