Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Hi bert, not to sure where we are on this one, if i go to downallgreen from wigan via windy arbour were going uphill then down hill,if i go a49 way then take soughers lane or rose hill were uphill then onto flat, if we go billinge from downallgreen we are climbing again, so we must be inbetween not to sure whether we are up or down.
