Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

A Costello lad lives near me. He's related to the Haydock Costello family, one of which used to live off Heath Road in Ashton. I think his name was Jackie Costello and he was a tailor.
Anyway, I'll ask for you!
