Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

the bell is opening in 2 weeks , but with the proposals that,s being put forward they may as well shup up shop now . i feel sorry for those who have put money in it, coz they mayaswell burn their money as it,s allready gone up in smoke .
