Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I can see where it would be hard to make a profit paying that much do you get to live in it too seems aweful high maybe a coop of you all could rent it? I bet it changes hands a lot seems to me while it is empty they are not making money from it If say 4 people rented it 800 each share the profits would they go for that?
