I'm in that off-licence one night. Davvi comes in and tells me that he'd just seen one mon scratch my black Porsche all down one side.
He said, "He's gone in t'Ball, I'm goin' o'er theer and draggin' 'im out"! I told him to leave it, but he wouldn't be told.
Davvi dragged him, kicking and screaming, out of the Ball and threw him into the shop.
He denied doing it., so Davvi slapped him about for calling him a liar.
Next night, the Police arrived as the lad had reported that I had told him to do it.
Next time you see Davvi, ask him!

That lad was, months later, sacked from Heinz's for scratching a lot of cars in the car park on night shift.
