Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I have said how I feel about people who claim monies they are not entitled to this man has had to face the consequences but is it really fair to rip him to bits on here, the government over the years have opened gates they now can't close so us taxpayers have to give up our cash to cover their mistakes, I shouldn't go into politics on here I'm sorry so I will leave it.
