Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Dougie we have never liked Blackpool and even though they have spent millions on the town it still looks like a tip. You can never get away from the smell of hot dog and burgers on the sea front and step back one street and it needs a bulldozer to clear away the run down properties.There are more destitute people druggies/homeless in and around Blackpool than anywhere else in the North West. When you drive through Blackpool there are next to no road markings and you take your life into your own hands with the horse drawn carriage drivers thinking they own the road and turn around without warning to other motorists
