Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

bentlegs, it was restored in 1999.

Do you know it to be the same machine as that used at Windy Arbour?

Three walking draglines were brought from USA in 1954 as part of the lease lend scheme. Some of the blurb online says this one was in Wales until 1964.
