Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Thanks tuddy.

Had no great reason to believe they had, but had seen photo, decades later than my visit, of the Free-Steered vehicle transport at Golborne. They looked very similar to vehicles I have seen carrying skips elsewhere. So I had begun to wonder if they were.
