Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

No priscus, Golborne never had skip winding, from the late 1970s, after Golborne was linked underground to Bickershaw, all the coal mined at Golborne was wound to the surface at Bickershaw. The same system applied at Parsonage colliery which was also linked underground to Bickershaw.
