Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

There will be a procession through Golborne to St Thomas's church where a memorial service will be held. Then there will be a reception and refreshments probably in the Catholic club. The date will be 17th of March 2019. It's becoming mega expensive to organise. Traffic management to close the roads and control traffic has to be paid for, along with insurance, catering, etc, so the badges are being sold to help with the costs.
