The chippy in Rectory Rd was Tommy Aspinalls on the corner of Boothsbrow Rd, The other chippy was on the side of Annie Decons & it was owned by a chap named Barton, Re the Post Office it was next door to Jack & Vera Claton as Eric said, The school board man was Peter Pendalbury next door to the post office but accross the entry ,
