I've just seen the message regarding the 2 women window cleaners, they used to clean our windows in Spindle Hillock and would come into the house for a brew. They had their knotted scarfs on their heads and would chat with my mum for a while.
Regarding their names Derek Wynne's mother was Mary Elizabeth Wynne, hence Lizzie ???.Does Agnes ring any bells as to the name of the second lady??
