Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Chris,
Jimmy Crookes will know if Geoff Blackburn's still around.
I'm sure we could fill a thread with tales about Blackburn,I had a couple of run ins with him, as did most men who worked for him, but you certainly knew where you stood with him. Best wishes to him if he's still around.
