Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I didn't know Joy, or whoever.. all day I was trying to remember a shop there, but the only thing I could think of was a chippy, then all of a sudden it came to me... I am pretty sure I got my daughters First Communion dresses from there...
