The Government would be happy to see an income coming from Haigh Hall.

The 'Locals' would be happy to see a Swan Pond, a Zoo, and the the mistaken belief that it was 'bought for them'.

Can you see where I'm coming from?

No other residents, of any other place I've ever been, are as taken in by their council as Wiganers are!
